IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Please charge the collar in direct sunlight for about ten to fifteen minutes first to achieve best results. The collar will re-charge with any bright light and glow when it is pitch-dark. The collar is cut to fit, leave about one and a half inches length past the buckle and cut the unneeded portion off. The buckle should stress and slip to prevent choking. If the rivet is overstressed it will fail to prevent choking.
